Baba waterfall:

During the rainy season people are everywhere in Amboli and the neighbouring areas, admiring the beauty of nature. Others used to hike and reach this rather secret water fall near Amboli at Kumbwade known as Kumbwade water falls or Baba Water falls. While many people just visit the main waterfalls, others prefer to visit other Amboli locations.

The majority would attempt to enter the property by hopping over the fence because it was a restricted location. Because landslides frequently occur in that area, the Family chose to limit access. However, a true road was built last year, and it is now open to the public with security guards stationed there as well.

Please do not rely on google maps. The last few kms are wrong. Just follow the location below. Also you can ask the locals.

Nagartas waterfall:

Ten kilometres separate Amboli from the Nangartas Falls. The Falls, which are located in the Sindhudurg District, are beautiful to watch during the monsoon season. A 10 foot deep ravine is where the water falls, producing a deep resonant sound. The surroundings are pleasant, and visitors frequently come here to unwind. A well-built bridge guarantees that visitors will have a great view of the valley below as the water merges with the ground below.

Kavalseth Point (Reverse waterfall)

To witness the amazing panorama of the infinite valleys and little waterfalls, travel up to Kavlesad Point. If you shout your name out here, the sound will reverberate across the mountains. The reverse waterfall may be seen at Kavlesad Point during the monsoon season, which is its best feature. When ferocious winds blow across the valley, they generate the reverse waterfall, an optical illusion that makes it appear as though the water is flowing upwards.

Hiranyakeshi Temple

The source of the Hiranyakeshi River is the Hiranyakeshi Temple, which is revered by the goddess Parvati. The idol of Devi Hiranyakeshi, a manifestation of Goddess Parvati with golden hair and the name Hiranyakeshwar, is located in the temple’s main sanctum. A second Shivling, which is used for daily prayers and offerings, obscures the lingam, making it invisible. Although the temple is situated in a dense forest, getting there is not difficult because of the well-built roads.

The Hiranyakeshi river is reported to have its beginnings in a cave that is close to the temple. Extremely fast water pours out and falls into a “Kund” (tank), where it continues to flow.

Mahadevgad Point

Mahadevgad Amboli

In the Sindhudurg area, Amboli Hill Station is well-known to tourists. The Mahadevgad Point is one of the several tourist attractions in Amboli. Three kilometres from the settlement of Amboli, there is a road that leads to the fort. The fort is free of leftovers. To get to this location to observe Mahadevgad Point or Valley from the main road, one must travel a considerable distance. The road’s end is blocked off, and from there you can see a lovely perspective of the deep valley. The best time to visit this location is during the rainy season.
